Starting Your Breathwork Experience

In this first module, we’ll start slow and focus on building consistency in your breathwork practice.

The power of intention is key.

Before we begin, take a moment to set your intention:

  • Do you want to feel happier?
  • Bring more awareness into your life?
  • Improve your sleep quality?

Setting an intention daily will guide your energy, helping you focus on the changes you want to see in yourself and the world around you.

Understand the Rule of 100:

Spend 100 hours doing something, even if it’s just 20 minutes a day, and you’ll be better than 95% of the world at it.

If you do breathwork for just 20 minutes a day, imagine the difference it will make. You’ll become a very different person, more energized, focused, and productive.

Introducing the Energizer Track:

This track will help you shift your energy and mood, and release happy hormones while reducing stress. Just follow along and:

  • Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth.
  • Avoid water or any hazardous environment while practicing.

Lie down somewhere comfortable, relax, and let the breathing guide you into a suggestible state. As you breathe, set your intention for the day:

  • What do you want to accomplish?
  • How do you want to feel?
