My life’s mission is centered around empowering individuals to embark on their own healing journeys through the transformative practices of Reiki and Breathwork. Through my own experiences, I have come to understand that unresolved trauma frequently becomes lodged within the body, necessitating support for its release. I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing space where you can explore and nurture your own journey of self-discovery and healing. Together, we will work to uncover and release any unresolved trauma that may be impacting your well-being. Reiki

Full Reiki sessions are available by appointment. Reiki has many benefits including:

Sondra was excellent in guiding me through my first time doing breathing work, and I can say without a doubt I had a profound experience. The room and accommodations were very cozy and relaxing. In the beginning of the session Sondra explained what are we going to do, what types of breathing techniques we will perform and how to do it. After introduction into the session we did warm up followed up by breathing work. Every type of breathing had its own rhythm. The sound level was perfect, I could hear Sondra clearly. She was telling us what type of breathing we are doing and was breathing with us, which was very helpful. Next part of the session was a guided meditation. Sondra was talking at the right speed and I was able to go deep into the meditative state. At the end of the session we talked about our experience and how we felt. Sondra provided an environment in which I felt comfortable being vulnerable. I think she’s done an amazing job introducing me to breathing work, and will visit her welcoming environment for future healing experiences.
