Katrina Malmqvist is a Wellbeing Advisor with an extensive background spanning 18 years in corporate wellbeing consulting, leadership, fitness, clinical nutrition practice, energy work, workshop facilitation and public speaking. Holding credentials as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator and Coach, Exercise Specialist, Medical Cannabis Educator and Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, Katrina is committed to advancing her Client’s overall wellbeing. Demonstrating a profound understanding of the dimensions and intricate factors influencing health, Katrina is driven by a mission of prevention. She is passionate about curating and guiding transformative and safe experiences that support people on their wellbeing journey and greater alignment back to themselves. She leads frequent Toronto-based and virtual group Breathwork experiences, group and 1-1 coaching sessions, intuitively weaving in multiple modalities into her work.
