Announcing Elemental Rhythm’s Partnership with Rythmia

Elemental Rhythm is pleased to announce its collaboration with Rythmia, an all-inclusive, luxury, and medically-licensed plant medicine centre nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Rythmia Changed my Life….

It was 2016 and a new resort in Costa Rica extended an invitation to come check out what they called a life advancement Center. Sounded pretty cool so off I went on a new adventure. 

The place literally blew my mind. A safe place to explore my inner world, learn about myself and connect with the most incredible people from all over the world. 

The support I felt from them on day 1 built a bond that has only strengthened ever since. They supported me while making my first (and only) documentary on plant medicine (Psyched out you can watch it here) It was around that same time that elemental rhythm was evolving and my experiences there were instrumental to the development of the program. 

Soon after I became a guest speaker and was going back a few times a year to teach breahwork and mindset and also continue on my personal journey of self discovery. 

Eventually there was a gap and Rythmia decided that they wanted to update their breathwork program and training for their staff and the partnership was formed. 

The Elemental Rhythm Partnership

Rythmia recognized Gio, as visionary leader in breathwork facilitation and founder of Elemental Rhythm, and also having many personal experiences with plant medicine and familiarity with their program. He has been at the forefront of leading breathwork workshops at Rythmia and around the world. He has worked to train all of Rythmia’s staff in the Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator program, and also helped create a customized breath work experience that is fully aligned with Rythmia’s program. 

This training has equipped Rythmia’s staff with the knowledge and tools to guide guests through profound breathwork experiences, enhancing their overall journey of self-discovery and healing.
